I'd run spy missions constantly back to back just for the fun of it, so that kind of thing is nothing to me now. Spy missions are really piss easy once you realize that there are very few arrangements for traps and they're all easily predictable. Get a Redeemer and you can blast your way through enemies/drones in an instant without setting off alarms as well. And seriously, never, under any circumstances, play with pubs. If you can't learn how to do it yourself, find a friend who does know how, and let them do it while you sit around outside the spy rooms.

They are usually capable. Unrelated question: Can you get Ivara parts from moon spy?

Trying to get Warframe to work in a VM so I can AFK on my friends account at the start of a mission for times when he can't get on to do an alert for a thing.
