Gosh, that reminds me how long way Warframe has come. I know I'm bitching a lot about the game lately, but it's still a remarkable and awesome game.

Man, I shoulda read up on the Stolen Dreams quest- didn't know you needed a frost chassis for the Chroma chassis, so now I'm working my way to Ceres while getting my ass beat. Kinda wish I knew what exactly the enemy levels mean for me- I could be maxed out on all weapons and warframe, and yet I still get my ass beat by early 20s enemies. Am I missing something, or are they balanced for four players and not one?

Damn it game all I want is a non broken serration stop giving me useless gold mods for weapons I don't have. I also didn't need another 3 heated charges in one mission, I was happy with the 8 I had.

I decided to bring a Trinity to the endurance challenge thinking it'd be easy mode... Capped at 50 energy with only 135% efficiency.

soooo fuck DE for that stupid 50 energy cap. If going into endurance (lacera skin) mode: Drop your flow, you will have 50 energy regardless of if you bring flow or not. If you're NOT trinity, drop your quick thinking. I like to bless trin for this kind of mission, and while doable it's much more difficult than normal and you're much more exposed and at risk in between coming off the buff and recasting. So with Bless trin I use castanas, which allows me to normally cast bless, and at the start of the animation hit alt-fire to trigger two castanas for the self damage. This nullifies the stagger affect of quick thinking, and minimizes the down-time between casts. During this event, however, since 25 of my energy goes straight to bless when I cast, I'm left with 25 energy minimum for damage absorption, which IS actually within my build's tolerance as long as I don't take damage while vulnerable. So what's the problem? 5% critical chance on castanas apparently means "1 in every 4 will kill you (2 casts)" in the reality of this mission. Meaning I have to pretend to be a shitty glaive trin and do the self damage before casting bless to absorb crits, causing the stagger and making myself much more vulnerable to damage and increasing the down time. Not sure if this is really worth posting tbh but in case anyone is wondering yes you CAN bless trin through the mission, but your duration time is going to take a hit and you have to hide like a little bitch, and wait for the buff to expire to recast without killing yourself (and your team) half the time, and you should go revive allies that die within that time frame. OH, and Zenurik's overflow passive is really important for this unless you want to add another step and spam energy pads because it's iffy at best to rely on EV trin being able to constantly EV at all times on the off chance you need the energy that second. I intend to go somewhere between waves 40-50 tomorrow with some peeps, but GL out there tenno, I really need to get to sleep. edit: As a side note, all the mobs have reduced shield capacities so mag is less effective, still good to bring along, but less effective none the less. Not sure if it's caused because of the "hurr durr it's cold out here look at all the ice" debuff or because they just reduced shadow-mobs shield values to intentionally counter mag, or both.

Has anyone got some tips for gear and frames that are actually, well, decent now? I've come back to playing this over the last week from like 2 years ago, so literally everything I knew seems to have changed. I'm also looking for some people to play with, as I've only managed to get one other person from old friends who seems to be interested.

Oberon is my favorite frame now. He looks cool. Wrecks shit. Buffs team mates to +145% up (to +299%) Radiation damage. Heals stuff 51% damage reduction. 8000 damage burst from his Hallowed Ground. DE where's my Oberon buff because his healing ability is just silly when it stops at full health.

I don't think it's the very first I took as I begun playing some time before it released on Steam, but I think it was pretty close to that. begun playing in February 2013 some time. it's weird to see how far the game has gotten. [editline]31st January 2016[/editline] my fondest memory of Warframe was when I got permanently banned for having cheat engine running in the background not even hooked onto anything. I think this was when they had first introduced their anti cheat and apparently if you had anything that could be used running at all, regardless of what these processes were doing, you'd get banned
