Because fairly recently they reworked Saryn, and decreased her health but increased her armor for some reason. If it was after the rework then yeah it sounds like a bug.

After constantly farming for High Voltage in Hive Sabotage, I've finally got it. It took me two solid days.

What happened to the clan? I'm not in it anymore :( Also why have I lost tons of stuff, a few weapons are missing along with my excalibur frame??
