I saw on the forum posts that they secretly nerfed focus gain to encourage grabbing boosters...
It's incredibly noticeable in game, too. When you get the 6x Booster you have the old Focus gain speed, I've had a lot of Void missions end with getting double digit Focus, off of my Greater Lens'd Ivara
It won't even matter since I'll be gone on deployment tomorrow but how the fuck do I fight Metal Gear Exodus now Do I hack the bursas and go wild on his legs or whatever. It feels like the first time u fought ruk and previous jackal all over again.
"Hacking terminals in Sortie Spy Missions will no longer trigger alarms when failed, giving only the damaging shock to the player." Oh my god they did it, now if I fuck up the hack, I don't need to restart mission to do everything again! [editline]12th February 2016[/editline] "Fixed Infested enemies still being able to use their passive auras in Limbo’s Rift."
Just as yesterday evening I couldn't handle Sortie Spy because of Grineer spacebar panel and I was too tired to complete them properly
Nothing like a rescue mission where I can't open the fucking cell doors because the "Press X to hack." prompt doesn't load. Luckily my teammates showed up in time.
He gets up way faster if you do enough damage which is stupid
DMG cap so you can't OHK.
Hm.. Improvements?
I look forward to 500 ping and frequent host migration
:snip:
Again DE goes makes a boss that you have to wait in order to damage, for fucks sake. I enjoy getting destroyed while waiting for some chucklefuck to figure out a basic puzzle, I really do. Am I able to re-do the last mission for the puncture mods though? Got toxic barrage which is fucking trash compared to those babies.
I actually really like the concept of the boss. The issue is that randoms can't read and the MOA's are EXTREMELY buggy. If the boss wasn't such a buggy clusterfuck it would be really good. It's better than a simple bullet sponge, but its really annoying to fight.

Razorback is the most frustrating encounter I've had in this game so far. Fuck this boss.
Are you kidding? Harder than most bosses, yes, but he's actually quite fun to run and still pretty damn easy.
It'd be easy (and enjoyable) if the AI wasn't so shit and actually attacked the boss.
The new Focus thing sucks ass. I was hoping it would give out a bit more during the boost time :v:
It's not that boost gives low bonus, they just nerfred the gain of focus itself.
After constantly doing sortie everyday during 11 days, on the first two days I got two parts of Nezha set and on the other days I've gotten 25x Fusion cores twice, lens and other rewards and yesterday I just got the blueprint for last part of Nezha. [t]http://puu.sh/n5i1s/1002bb1847.png[/t] I need to keep farming for the rest of the rewards such as Pyra Syandana, Strun Wraith BP and Strun Wraith Stock.
I've got 0 Nezha parts from this sortie, good that I managed to grab him before this amazing RNG.
And the forum post for the hotfix has been updated as well. https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/608673-hotfix-18410-tactial-alert-divine-will/
Added to notes 09:39 AM EST 12/02. Focus Convergence and Focus Gain changes: As per above, Convergence will reward the player a 6x Focus multiplier for 45 seconds. This time limit will appear as a countdown buff on the player. Here is how the Focus gain percentages work in v 1.1: Normal Lens: 1.25% without Convergence Normal Lens: 7.5% with Convergence (multiplied by 6) Greater Lens: 1.75% without Convergence Greater Lens : 10.5% with Convergence (multiplied by 6)
Oh... oh god that's fucking awful. It used to be 6% BASE on greater lenses. DE can go fuck themselves
And don't forget, that's still being split half-half between your weapon and frame. So until you have Lenses on all of your gear, you're getting something like 0.6%, meaning most enemies are worth less than a single point of Focus now.
Might as well scrap the whole Focus system, what's even the point if you can't even gain points at a decent rate without going out of your way to do so? From what I see Focus is just a button I press to make myself invincible for 5 seconds until my teammates come to help me, regardless of the path I chose.
I can't believe that they had the balls to call this update focus 1.1 :v:

Having Zenurik's 4 energy per second regen is amazing on Quick Thinking Ivara, or for Ult-Spamming Frost in Sorties; and Naramon's melee centric stuff makes Melee only Ash in Survival Missions a lot of fun. I just don't get what they're trying to do with the gains. I suppose the idea was to let people rush through to upgrades early on, to see what they did, and then hit people with the grind, so it became a long, long time investment to actually get anywhere.
DE have a really hard time seeing difference between "tedious" and "difficult".
I get focus is meant to be endgame, but what in the actual fuck, who's actually testing these shitty ideas out in DE? It's like they hired the worst ideas people and they somehow know how to code a game somewhat decently. I mean what the actual fuck, naramon has a skill which the first point takes 150k focus to unlock, so how the hell are you expected to do anything? Not to mention the fucking awful spawns that I found occurred every single spot away from the fucking mission points (tested this in t2 mobile defense, it literally never spawned on the same room as the defense point)
Waiting for their inevitable saying: "yeah, we kinda over-nerfed the thing" about this focus change in their next DevStream and boosting the thing back to nearly how it was. [sp]I'm still salty about Diriga's nerf[/sp]
I get focus is meant to be endgame, but what in the actual fuck, who's actually testing these shitty ideas out in DE?
Nobody at DE. Did you forget that WE are the testers? I remember rage war on forum when they first introduced Nullis. Rebecca said Nulli's shield is based on damage, which means If you deal a lot of damage you'll take out Nulil's shield quickly. They only tests builds if they're stable. That's all. [editline]12th February 2016[/editline] I think this is the beginning of the Chinese Company setting rules...
Nullifiers should not take four shots from my fucking Sancti Tigris. Also it takes over 100 days, while maxing out focus cap every day, to max out a focus tree. The fuck DE?
We just have to wait till the Undercover Boss™ reach point where he tries to get focus and says oh poop.
