i hate playing force/techer in this game because you're pretty much forced to be a slow charge character in a fast paced game. you have to charge almost all of your attacks, your dodge is super slow, etc. my first character was a newman force, and the reason why i initially quit PSO2 was because the game was so unbelievably boring for me. In hindsight i should've tried the other classes that were available before quitting but the translation was extremely barebones at that point so i figured i would just come back at a later point.

I enjoyed a talis force for a little while, the gimmick of being able to throw a reflector out into the middle of a crowd to control where the AOE centers around was pretty cool, but that was about it.

That said, i've only tried maybe 30 minutes of bouncer so far because force/techer doesn't interest me at all in the first place. They're a melee/force hybrid so they can do both PAs and Techs at the same time.
Dual blades is like twin daggers without the emphasis on dodging. As far as i could tell most of the PAs don't have invincibility frames, although most of them can propel you forward, and some even have a pretty big AOE. As far as i'm aware you're sacrificing the massive single target damage for multiple targets. Apparently some people consider DB to be one of the best weapons atm but i don't really care about them at the moment.
Jet boots seem more like an afterthought atm, seeing as they only have 3 PAs. They can jump twice, and one of their PAs allows you to quickly move in a single direction, but i don't know much beyond that.

all i know is that every time i run tower defense i see at least 8 bouncers and all of them are terrible players. They would also die all of the time but that may just be because the typical player is absolutely terrible at dodging anything and everything. "Incoming visbolt! *5 pubs get hit simultaneously*. Mission failed~"

So yea you could probably use it as an alternative to force unless you like to use talis in which case you can't use it as an alternative to force.

well, i've tried everything, from reinstalling the game to going through the troubleshoot menu, to attempting to use the proxy (it wouldn't download publickey.blob for whatever reason and if i manually downloaded it and put it in the folder it just got deleted). i'll just wait until sega decides to not be idiots and block every single american isp bar 2 shitty ones.

if you have the launcher (pso2 tweaker) all you have to do is enter a link into a text box

episode 3 made a global increase in base run speed because everyone was lagging everyone else out from quad/octo-dashing with weapon switching in order to move faster.

It's less they blocked them, more they just changed stuff and didn't tell any other ISPs
