This game certainly likes to have its server maintenance. This is the 3rd I've come across in the 2 days I've been playing.

Two different things, element is for damage purposes only. While things like Burn, Freeze, Shock are due to what attributes the weapon has affixed to it.

On one hand I'd like to play this game, but I may wait for the english localization so that I don't put a whole bunch of effort into a character on the japanese servers just to lose it when all of the english speaking players move over.

I guess I could try it out at least.

Most likely not, but seeing as you can't buy Arks Cash yet anyways, it is a pretty null issue right now.

You can pay for cosmetics and stuff like that but from what I've heard it's nothing too drastic that you have to buy to do well or get left at the sidelines. Apparently the trade system is for those who pay however, which is quite strange.

You also have the chance at finding 3 Day Tickets for Selling things in your own shop or for your Room in the Fun Scratch. (Free Varient that works on "FUN" points.)

Push ESC, Push the Shopping Cart Icon, Second choice, then First Choice there, then First choice again to gamble the points. (You can't do anything else with them anyway.)

You can view what you get in each of those scratches by the last option, the 2000 & 5000 AC ones are bulk buying.
