My deathadder is finally dying after 2+ years of using it. It keeps double clicking, rip clicker. What's some good $50~ alternatives that are long lasting and work well? The main one I see everyone talk about is the g502.

Its a different mouse, but you quickly pick it up and its grip is perfect.

You can also use some GAMESENSE which causes the light on the mouse to change color based on kills/health/etc in CSGO even though you'll never see it. I'm pretty much torn between a zowie fk1 and rival. I do a weird fucking grip (half claw, half palm) so the zowie is very appealing. The rival seems to have a weird as fuck shape, and I like the idea of ambidextrous since I wouldn't mind trying to play csgo with my dominant hand :v

I use a Corsair M45. Don't know if they're still making them, but it's been fantastic for me.

Is there a tool, utility, or script that will allow me to fire my automatic weapons in semi-auto? Followup question, is that considered a cheat? Like, I'm bummed that there are no semi-auto rifles in the game. I like semi-auto, helps me control my shit since I'm not able to just spray it out there.

I am not good at not holding down mouse1 tbh. I'm pretty rubbish at this game in general.

If you want something which forces you to burst, then the famas burst fire could be used but tbh it is just something you have to learn to control. It's not like I'm looking for something that makes my gun automatically find heads, yo. I mean, I can click and fire off single shots without too much trouble, until I actually see somebody and my nice controlled single shots turn into wildly dumping everything I have. Being able to somehow toggle between regular and semi-auto would just help me keep my shit a Lil bit more controlled is all. Like, fair enough if that isn't possible. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. I've just only been at this game for a few days and I'm not a super Hardcore FPS player in general so this "get good learn to play!" shit means nothing to me.

No shortcuts, nothing to help. There really isn't anything that will assist in that, that's why CS is a huge "muscle memory" game. You can quit for a long time but if you do come back, your body will naturally ease into the things you've learned over years of playing. This applies to spray control too. Over time you just naturally get better, so dont stress if your bad now, just practice on workshop maps, deathmatch, and bot games.

Using a script for it would only fuck you over more because you won't learn to burst and you can't write a (legal) script for that.
