Agree with Kagu, practice makes perfect. Over time you just naturally get better, so dont stress if your bad now, just practice on workshop maps, deathmatch, and bot games.
Ye, all totally fair, and I'm sure I'll get used to in time. Still, though, I've always just preferred the feel of semi-auto weapons. Guess I'll just have to make-do with what I'm given instead of moaning about what I don't have, though. Just the same, if anybody knows how to write a script for semi-automatic fire, or of a mouse utility that did the same thing, I'd definitely appreciate it if you passed it my way so I can at least try it on for size. Bonus points if it can be toggled on/off.
I am not good at not holding down mouse1 tbh. I'm pretty rubbish at this game in general.
Just practice instead of using a script, you'll get better at the game in general rather than giving yourself a crutch. Just go play deathmatch and practice taking nice calm shots one at a time.
These two don't go together in one sentence.
It does when you can throw away the fact that you are not playing it to win but to train. Camp a corner, get a shot, die, repeat until your shots kill and you can camp forever.
Because I've actually manage to win rounds against R8 users.
And I've managed to aim in the general direction of three people in a row, click the right mouse button, and get one-hit kills. [editline]12th December 2015[/editline]
Which by the way thankfully stops people from buying it pistol rounds.
Which is dumb because it's a pistol. They need to nerf it into being an actual pistol and then drop the price, because otherwise you're excluding a pistol from the pistol round
They should really add an option to reverse the firing functions of the revolver,. I have lost track of the amount of times i have died in those close up situations where you just pull the M1 trigger by sheer reflex :v:
There was never a need for a new gun anyway. Biggest thing we really needed was a more accurate AK 1st shot and that's about it, maybe nerf pistols a bit so they're not insta kills.
They could also bring back the MP5 as a fanservice. I've always preferred it for feeling more meaty in terms of being fired than the MP7
It's not like I'm looking for something that makes my gun automatically find heads, yo. I mean, I can click and fire off single shots without too much trouble, until I actually see somebody and my nice controlled single shots turn into wildly dumping everything I have. Being able to somehow toggle between regular and semi-auto would just help me keep my shit a Lil bit more controlled is all. Like, fair enough if that isn't possible. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. I've just only been at this game for a few days and I'm not a super Hardcore FPS player in general so this "get good learn to play!" shit means nothing to me.
You don't have to unlearn how to hold down M1, you have to learn how to hit shit while holding M1 down. You don't have to remember both dimensions of the spray pattern of your gun, just some basic knowledge of the vertical dimension of the pattern will turn it into a much more deadly tool than tap-tap shooting with a rifle meant to spray down scrubs.(unless it long range ofc)
They could also bring back the MP5 as a fanservice. I've always preferred it for feeling more meaty in terms of being fired than the MP7
I want my TMP :(
They could also bring back the MP5 as a fanservice. I've always preferred it for feeling more meaty in terms of being fired than the MP7
Does it have something to do with what the current equipment is for the special forces?
Does it have something to do with what the current equipment is for the special forces?
Yes, cus as we all know, counter-terrorist forces all over the world are known for balling around shooting terrorists with their dual-wielded Beretta M9s.
Playing FaceIT currently, I'm in the UK, somehow a Netherlands server gets picked. 178ms 12~35% choke. You having a fucking giggle?
These two don't go together in one sentence.
I mean you won't win the deathmatch but it's the perfect mode for training your aim, plus you're usually playing against bad players who spray a lot so you learn to not just spray in reaction to being attacked and learn to pick shots better.
practicing in valve dm is entirely pointless because you just play against trashcans playing in a good ffa is what you actually want to do (fragshack for na, brutalcs or titan or fragshack for eu)

For practicing my awp shots, Valve DM was perfect because I could focus on muscle memory and not worry all the time about getting shot first. It allowed me to really improve the way I aim with the awp and how fast I can do it. Fragshack was just a rapefest, I'd spawn and kill someone but then immediately get killed because 2 others spawned right behind me.
Finally decided to get off my arse and win another two ranked matches with a friend, got gold nova master.
I'm pretty much torn between a zowie fk1 and rival. I do a weird fucking grip (half claw, half palm) so the zowie is very appealing. The rival seems to have a weird as fuck shape, and I like the idea of ambidextrous since I wouldn't mind trying to play csgo with my dominant hand :v
I also have that weird grip, and I got Zowie FK1 within the last year. Switching from a DeathAdder to it was REALLY nice, especially being left handed. It's nice just having a button for dpi also if you don't like a low sensi in other games. Just click the button and boom. i r8 8/8

However the Zowie is smaller and much more lightweight, and if you don't have big hands go for this one, although it's all down to personal preference of course
I wanna try out face it. Is it a fun experience with friends?

They have no place in Counter-Strike. This is merely a game of rays intersecting cuboids, and understanding that is key to true inner peace. You must read CCSPlayer::FireBullet from the leaked CS:S code every day until you reach an understanding. Then you can return with a new perspective and complete control over your mind and body.
I have a habit of firing before lining up my shot properly, that's why I like R8
The one time I used it in a match it saved me from a teamshot no less than three times Please note: I'm not normally that bad about it but I hadn't played in around a month and a half because of school and shit. [editline]12th December 2015[/editline] I have a question now that I think about it, why did they add a super fucking overpowered gun instead of just buffing the deagle?
