try going for ambushes, that's how learned to play go, hold tight corners and key entry points to areas. on demolition people barley check corners properly anyway.

I stopped playing csgo for a while since I had a on the call job 24/7 and was always worried to play csgo comp and would have to leave in the middle of a match, so I made another account. Maybe I really wouldn't call it a smurf, it really wasn't aimed to be one, more or so like 'Hey I can play comp without worrying about my main's rank'
My smurf deranked to SMFC after getting 90 points and losing 14-16 :v:

Also im pretty miffed right about now. My friend opened his first four cases last night. Keep in mind I've spent about 250 bucks on keys and have never opened a knife and had to trade my way to one. His first knife was 3 cases in and it was a fucking Statrak Fire and Ice Doppler karambit. He then unboxed a fucking AWP Asimov. How the fuck honestly

Easy in the sense that you are constantly improving and learning so eventually you will get it, at least you'd think.
Some players are just bad and get stuck in toxic mindsets, strategies, etc.
So far as i can see, all this rank change has done is just move the skill imbalance down so it now fucks everyone below global.
My guys are Supreme / LEM level players and from 2 losses out of 10 thanks to a new smurf account we're now playing at LE with fresh outta DMG guys, it's just fucked it for those guys to the extent that I'm fucking hating it and I'm feeling like a cunt, i don't like beating guys we should not be playing.
The answer is not to kick them down the ranks so they end up playing against Master Guardians because they are better than those guys and it'll just carry on the knock on effect, MG's getting kicked down to Nova, Nova's kicked into silver and then it just ends up completely and utterly fucked without the hackers and smurfs having their bullshit further fuck it up.
They need more ranks from LE onwards.

Ranks don't matter as it's your MMR rating that actually influences the games, but sure, blame things that have nothing to do with it.
Give it a month or two, ranks will calm down as well, but again, it's only your MMR that decides matchups, your rank is just a fancy label that says you're in a certain percentile.

This + That's why people that were deep in smfc got deranked so quickly, they already dropped below smfc threshold in their rating, but their rank wasn't changed.
I'm highly suspecting my rank will instantly knock down to LEM after one game, always felt I was the lower end of supreme. Either way doesn't really mean anything.

Missing the point of my post stated many times i give zero shits about my rank. I do however take issues when we get moved down what ever the hell the system is and we end up playing against opponents we greatly out match and it keeps happening because we lost a single game 14-16 which had a gold nova 1 smurf with 30 hours on the account.
Prior to that game we had played 12 games and won 10 and drew 2 to equal / higher ranked opponents , now we're playing legit legendary eagles and it's fucking boring because with all due respect they don't offer a challange, we clearly out skill them, 9 wins later and we're still here playing the same callibre of player and i don't feel good beating these guys. And when we make them derank they'll be doing the exact same to the guys beneath them, and so on and so on.
More ranks after LE is better than just shifting everyone down because all it does is moves the problem, not fixes it.

No they are not, I deranked TWICE from 2 consecutive games. The opponents we are getting now are not up to snuff and it's painfully obvious (calling out hacks because they get prefired, barely any smoke usuage, no concept of noise, hell still buying the god damn bision). As i said the problem will go away for me and my friends but it will move down the line and fuck everyone else below us. And forgive me if i think that's a shit way to deal with a previous global elite / supreme and maybe LEM only problem.

The skill gap between a Silver and a Nova is not that much. and there's 5 ranks between them.
The skill difference between a LE and A global is just 3 ,and the skill difference is a million miles apart.
I don't give a flying fig how they rejig the current system because it will not fix it, more ranks at the top end will.

The squash should have happened long time ago. There are a fuckload of ranks, but for some odd reason everyone "decent" is DMG+, whereas global elites complain that there are people who literally obliterate matches or who have no game sense.
