That's what I have been doing. I have been practicing with various weapons that I know are my weakest that I should comfortable with using. I am confident in my AWP play now. I haven't played in months, so what's wrong with going into a DM to get the hang of things again? I hate playing Casual, so instead of screwing my teammates over just play DM until I feel I am ready. Whenever I play competitive I don't have any issues, but I'll take your advice into consideration though.

Me and my friend placed down decoys when we planted the bomb at a corner in pistol rounds It deals 13 damage (that means your health will be 87) if they have no armor I managed to deal 80 damage to the guy who tried to defuse and there were 2 decoys on the bomb. A decoy explodes ~18 after being thrown, it's fixed so it's not entirely random

I wish replays was around back when I got into csgo :( I've recently come into the habit of spending 5min post-match to watch the highlights of anyone who has troughoutly impressed me and I do have a lot to learn I guess :s

One of our teammates threw an HE Grenade from the ramp at de_dust 2's A site, bounced it off the wall, and killed my friend on the site. CT Spawn was smoked so he tried to grenade that corner beside the pile of garbage.

So I just played my first comp game yesterday after not having had the ability to play for the last six months. It had unranked me because it had been such a long time since my last comp game, but before I was ranked DMG. When I played yesterday, my team won 16-2 and at one point I personally was 14-1. It reranked me as gold nova 2?? Do I have to work my way back through six different ranks to get to DMG again? This is stupid.
