Hmm, are there any cheap-ish knives that are increasing in rarity and therefore, value? Thinking of buying one, and when im done with csgo i sell it for profit, or atleast, not at a loss.

Unboxed a Gut Knife Damascus Steel, FT Question 1, is it worth trying to use that to slowly trade up to better knives nowadays? If yes, Question 2, is anyone willing to trade with me for an actually fairly decent looking knife? :D

Jesus[/QUOTE] Absolutely nothing wrong with managing 13 kills in a game that goes 19 rounds. Considering his team got 3 rounds I would consider that an above average to good performance frag wise. If anybody else on his team was fragging decently he'd probably be at something closer to 20 by the same round. Frags obviously don't tell the whole story but that fragline is pretty good, just doesn't look like it because there's an 18 after the 13 indicating the team as a whole is getting thrashed even though he's fragging.

More intro and outro then actual fragging (it's a "trailer" I know, but who the fuck needs a trailer for a 3 minute video?) and the bits that are, well you can't even tell whats going on

I can understand it when it's about CoD, but this kind of over-the-top editing doesn't suit csgo at all imo.

She completely recreated all the models and the animations. So what you're seeing isn't actual gameplay, it's actually something she designed and recreated. I can't even imagine the amount of work this required! Sparkles also uploaded it on his channel (is a collaboration) and apparently it's some sort of movie they're making. I'm really excited about what the end result will look like. EDIT: It's not supposed to be about the frags anyway. It's about showing off her skill and how gameplay can be modified into something new. It's supposed to be artistic, not really showing how good the pro's are.

If there were exclusive knives then yeah, those would probably increase in value over time if they looked nice but as of now there aren't exclusive knives. Anecdote: I sold a knife for almost 600 keys one time and then took a few months break from CSGO, when I came back the knife was worth reasonably less (probably like 300 keys or something) than I sold it for. It's not a smart idea to hold onto valuable skins unless you actually want them.

I hope this game stops connecting me to EU West one day.

You're not truly gonna be able to earn money by sitting on a knife or another item. They're never limited supply. The only way to make money is to invest in things that are limited, like the Howl before it became contraband(which will never happen again, best 35€ investment i made) and tournament stickers(which you're nearly guaranteed not to lose money on if you buy during the last 12-24hour sale, but take a long time and might not give you much profit if the stickers aren't highly valued) If you want to make money, you need to constantly pay attention to the market to trade for items that you expect will go up in price, and trade away items that you expect will go down in price. Even then, you'll be fucked if Valve releases another collection like the Chroma knives which made demand shift from the current high-value knives to the new ones, devaluing EVERYTHING.
