nope. I had someone start complaining auto shotty is a scrub weapon. They tried to use it, couldn't get any kills. :v:

Only shit players have problems with the auto, because they don't know how to counter it, and there's shit players in every rank
One person I recently met absolutely refuses to acknowledge that the SG is a better AK and that the auto sniper (at least the CT one) is a good weapon. Doesn't believe me when I say that it sees competitive use and actually has a role that the AWP doesn't fill.

For some reason nobody mentions that the AK's spray pattern is piss easy to pull off while the SG's is like announcing you have taken opposite corners in tic tac toe

SG is better than the AK, in spray pattern control, ignores armor completely, and I think it has better first shot accuracy.

It has better first shot than AWP iirc
Overall accuracy for the SG is greater than the AK and scoped accuracy is even better. It's tradeoff is that is has slightly slower movement speed than the AK and costs as costs 300$ more.
The average person will die 10 times a half, so you're looking at 1 extra gun buy by going for the ak over the SG. If you're sitting on $10k and holding very long angles, it is worth it but generally the advantages are pretty niche.
Oh, I'm not advocating people to buy it over the AK every time. Just that if your team is doing well for themselves and you need a weapon I don't see why you shouldn't spend the extra 300 and get an SG instead of an AK. It's sort of the same school of thought as an auto sniper, when ahead get more ahead.

just had a game where in an important round someone pushed smoke and I was behind, one tapped the head with my ak and then sprayed down for safety, only hit 3 apparently, at point blank range too.
He just turned and didn't even move much and started shooting, to make things worse the pistol I had was a cz75, I think hit boxes were fucked in general because he took ages to kill me as well.

the bone matrix doesn't update when the player isn't visible but sometimes the engine fails to perform the visibility checks especially when you get packet loss going or momentary lag. Since that update

It was aimed at improving performance I guess this is the downside to it.
If I was valve I would just check if the player's head bone and root bone have a similar X or Y? axis if not don't update or draw the player.
