Get invite to a game with a friend, join the lobby 2 other players iv'e never seen before, I'm trusting his judgment as it's usually our 5 man.
Regretted every fucking second of it as it descended into an absolute fucking farcical affair, a throw of biblical proportions. Honestly the other team were no better than us but the 2 'others' on my team were the stereotypical angry video game player from the Baltic area of the world with not very good English to boot, and they just killed the fucking game dead with their endless whinging at everything, and it all started because one of them randomly went afk without telling anyone for 3 damn rounds. This was when we were leading 6 - 0. From that point on it was just all down hill. No balance in the team, all of them wanting the awp, all of them feeding the same fucking sniper, no one following through on any plans honestly it was horrible.
And with that i said don't invite me to play with those guys ever again, they're the kind of player i enjoy thrashing from the other side, not trying to help break their fucking toxic mindset.
Really love them songs used during these event breaks.

Monstercat is a record label so likely, they handle the publishing and marketing so they likely made some deals to allow the usage of their music.
I know they've got a deal with Twitch themselves to allow broadcasting so its likely similar with DH, ESL etc.
You mean they played more than the two songs I kept hearing about London eyes and glasgow bones at practically every intermission? Shocking. :v:

Regarding twitch streaming music: Is there any whitelist of what music can be used during streaming by yourself? I've heard that most streamers get action taken against them if they have music playing on stream?

If you're not a big streamer the system doesn't really care and will just mute parts of the VOD.
However if you don't wanna risk it, twitch has a load of pre-approved playlists and searches so you can see if its ok or not [url]http://music.twitch.tv/[/url]

1.6 looks so clean & crisp compared to GO though

Because in 1.6 the maps were ~1.2x size relative to the players, so all the maps were quite a lot bigger.

honestly the models in cs do blend in too much to the map textures in some cases
obviously sas and the piss visor guys are easy to see, but the idf and their mushroom hats of jewish power can get pretty invisible at times
