Not really serious preparation, but ga & lg have always been very close. Fallen knows the GA players & knows their strengths/weaknesses since he p. much handpicked them. Also, lg plays alot on set strats so I'm sure the ga boys have been shown those before.

tl;dr GA players know LG & LG knows the GA players

That's great for a first rank, and you'll be fine.

Even if you're not playing that level, you'll learn faster around higher skilled players and get better at the game faster than if you were a lower, even if you de-rank a few times in the process.

I started at Nova 1 (I should have been very Silver) and it took a long time to begin to rank up steadily because I wasn't learning much about the game around equally awful players.

Can get it in 10 hours if you're dedicated. Then add a few days for calibration ranks to get to the higher levels, then you'll see a rise of people complaining.

Closed the e-frag vs revolt game because of rule 17 even though they were the ones who got it wrong so rule 20 should've applied (No returned skins, bet goes on). What a shame csgolounge mods just close bets because they don't want to lose skins.

CSGL makes a fair few fuckups, but you people need to stop being delusional, they don't make bet decisions based on how many "skins they lost". They don't have an agenda against you, you're not really a victim of them being mean.

In the past, I used to enjoy the Semmler-Anders duo, but they've starting acting like two Scandinavian "fluffers" (google it).

Yesterday in the NiP vs Luminosity, today in TSM vs Luminosity:
- they sucked some Scandinavian balls;
- barely any ingame analysis of weapon/grenades comp/lack regarding Luminosity;
- applauding NiP,TSM kills, quickly "hovering" past the LG kills;
- barely any commentary about Luminosity's overall strategy;
- overhype for the favorite team, even the lousy "are you kidding me?" shit;
- the hope that the favorite team will come back after getting rekd;
- its like they forgot Luminosity players were even in the booths;

You can completey ignore anything and just rewatch the whole commentary, write down the referrences:

80+% commentary compost regarding NiP/TSM kills/actions/stats/comp
10% fast "hover" about some "interesting" LG anti-strats/kills/events
5% raw Luminosity data
4% omg, "are you kidding me" referring to the favorite team kills
1% "Scandinavians here, Scandinavians there..." "There's no way Luminosity will overthrow this" "Choke"

Overall, some "quality" biased commentary, with extra SALT seconds at the end.
