Just because VitorHunter made it doesn't make it actually Half-Life Alpha. Thats like saying 'Everything Marphy Black makes is canon and true because Marphy made it". It is also the grunts videos with the Mp5 on it from the Alpha Folders.

Just need to right configure Uknown Half-Life DLL (If you know it) and you will have awesome (so so accurate) Alpha (1.07)/Beta MP5 Sounds. Tested on Gruntfight.
Just set up MP5 speed to:
