Lost and Found to go to Witchwood and find the long haired fisher girl who's name escapes me.
btw, is exploring Everfall part of the story? I want to go in there but I want to make sure I do everything I can before moving on in the story so I dont lock myself out of stuff
There's a chick who's like 'yo bring me 20 wakestones' and if you give her 20 wakestones the story progresses.
Otherwise you won't progress, go visit it, it's pretty cool.
I guess it depends on if you're early game or post-game. Early game, you'll miss helping Quina. Post-game all you'll have is notice board quests and you're free to dive into the Everfall at any point.

I already helped Quina through the Witchwood and met Selene, if thats what you're referring to. I've just spent my entire time dicking around and doing notice board bounties and stuff and now I finally want to move on. All the cooler looking armour I want is only available later in the story progression, so I'm moving on.

The game does have a good NG+ system, and some pretty minor quests are locked until you get to it. I'll be honest, I've played through the game twice already. Now I'm doing a for fun run of doing everything solo.
So right now I'm a Ranger, but I'm thinking of going up a few levels as a Sorc then switching to Magick Archer. What do you guys think? BBI is mostly pretty cramped so I thought that Ricochet Hunter would come in handy and I hear that Magick Archers can fuck up Living Armor like nobody's business.
Actually it may be that you can start hard mode from the options, but I remember on the ps3 version that hardmode and speedrun mode wouldn't show up in the main menu 'til after you beat the game.
Pretty sure you're misremembering, however it might be because it wasn't in the base game, both it and the easy mode were added in free DLC later on.
Where is that spreadsheet with all the pawn info and such? The OP really needs to add it.

I was just about to search for it as well.
Anyways, where is a good spot to grind level, not vocation levels, regular ones.

MA is really good. If you want to get some good magick in, def go Sorc and then MA.
I quite like the recent ENB that you can download, SkyLighting is pretty nice.

Not sure if you guys knew this already or not, but in BBI you can climb onto the hanging bodies scattered around the island. If you hit them with an attack while doing so you can sort of Spider-man yourself around if you're nimble.

Finally downed The Dragon after 51 hours. Lots of side quests and exploration, I honestly had thought this game might have been shit but I have had the most fun playing a game in a while. I haven't really been following the story cause well, ADD.

Well i'm fucking done with Dragon's Dogma for tonight. An Elder Ogre, an Eradicator and two skeleton mages in one small room and three big ass dogs, a bunch of undead and a Lich in the next small room over, where the camera fucks up if anything gets in your way. Real fucking fair.

I added mine. I ain't got my glasses on so I hope I didn't fuck anything up. If you give her a second she fucks everything up with meteors. I gotta get her the grand bolide ring. You have no idea how much she loves meteors.
I got a few good shots. Amazing what an ENB can do to a years old game

I quite like these 2 pictures in particular, shows how nice ENB can make the game look.

So I managed to defeat [sp]The big eye boss[/sp] at bitterback isle and after proceeding further I accidentally stumbled upon [sp]A minotaur[/sp] while fighting the bugger I could barely deal damage to it so I decided to try and bypass it only to have an ogre spawn in during that fight. the door was locked, I decided to just retreat from that area in general, and while running back I managed to get eaten by a mimic. bitterback isle makes me cry.

Yeah Eliminators fucking suck. Good luck on your 2nd run through of BBI where one of the areas is literally riddled with them.
Fun fact about Eliminators for Mystic Knights: Their unique staff spell, Sopor, can put them asleep from what I've read.
Or as MA you can stunlock them with Six/Nine-fold Bolt.
Is there a way to manipulate Weapon purifications other then changing vocations? I am kind of sick of getting the Devil's Nail over and over again.

Theres a list on the wikia that tells you how it works. Long story short it rolls between 3 sets depending on you and your main pawn's vocation. So if you and your pawn are a warrior and a fighter, you'd get the Red list. A fighter and a mage pulls from both the Red and Blue lists. An assassin and a mage pulls from all 3 lists since it counts as both a Red and Yellow vocation. Aside from those lists its pretty random.
My first 3 level 3 weapons were all the MK mace. Which was nice the very first one because I was a MK. After that it was incredibly annoying since you can't do anything with duplicate weapons.
Okay, so NOW I'm post-game.. For NG+ would I just start a new game again as it suggested? Or do I do Hard Mode? Or would Hard Mode be like.. NG++?

You can do hard mode if you want, double exp but everything hits 2x harder so if you're not comfortable with the enemies or your pawn I wouldn't do it.

By post game you mean it sent you to the main menu?
And you can easily do hard mode once you finished the game. You'll run through everything like a breeze anyway. And if you don't like it you can always go back to normal in the settings at no loss.

Finish your game, go to NG+, then save, go to main menu and select hard mode.
Selecting hard mode instantly starts an NG+, so enabling it halfway through a run is a bad idea.
I played through the game on hard mode as my first experience. I like to think it put hair on my chest.
