All you would need to do is replace the announcer dialogue with your own dialogue (you might even be able to record dialogue that the original announcer did not support, if you know how to script it) and use snd_rebuildaudiocache and that should do it.

Yep, pretty much like I thought. Skeleton King's burning eyes were applied to the model in the npc_heroes file. Which means in turn that the burning eyes can be brought back, but you'd only see them in local games.

Perhaps I edited the file wrong, but I could only see the burning eyes in the Loadout screen. Starting a bot game or lobby removes them still.
Still. It was nice to see them again :)

technically, you could get Skeleton King's burning eyes to work in non-local games since the SK mod makes wraith_king_new_loadout unused (that ghostly aura effect on WK). With some tinkering, you could have the burning eyes under the aura-effect's name and it will always load due to the 'stock' npc_heroes.

Did you try going to mid lane? At the moment particles are glitched and only work in mid lane

1.Compatibility even with the OLDEST veno model it is separated in manny textures...
2. THIS

You should consider doing a normal PA recolor of it.

kinda impossible because of the exposed legs and the dark face :/
I mean something like making the revealed skin the green color of regular PA's skin, and making the cloak and hood have the color scheme of her normal armor.
