Here, i don't play much these day, cuz having a job.
Anyhow, the problem is, in DotA1, Qop's ulti is like "*qop* >>>>", but in dota 2 "*qop* <<<<<", i mean the AoE of it, it starts big and get smaller in its way (DotA1), but in dota 2, it's reversed.

The initial second I think doesn't match the cone (because it starts from large to small) but the rest is pretty accurate.

I have a problem. I'm doing this leveling up particle.

The thing is, it won't stop. I know it's because the "emit continuously" but if i change it to the other type, the particle changes its way of running too, it looks totally different.
So i'm asking it there's any way to make it run for 3 sec, then stop spawning?

If you switch from instantaneously to continuously - add Lifespan Decay.
Of course it has Lifespan Decay. The idea is using a dot (or something) material, stretch it, spawn alot of it round the hero. So yeah, it has Lifespan Decay

Okay I see it now. You said it just wont stop. See emit_continuously and see emission duration :) Set it to 1.5 or less.
BTW about the mod, I'm at spectre but I won't post screenshots more likely this time so you can wait for release (alpha state).

Is the old pa face model still unusuable?
I keep trying and it just keeps displaying, well, nothing. Theres nothing where her head should be.
Everything but the head is there and its kinda annoying, PA used to be my favorite hero until the change, now I just cant stand that goofy face.

Ever since the arcana came, it's unusable. I think you need the pre-arcana model for that.

Snapshots I think are what Rubick Anti-Mage Phantom Assassin and Bounty Hunter have in common. Just ignore it.

dude, i don't think the particles will work in source 2. we have the convert tool but it still need adjustment

Can't make Vengeful make herself as a projectile. If I do, cosmetics aren't present.

Yeah, it copies the target so when you attack Mirana, you will shoot Mirana + cosmetics attacking Mirana.
