After that go into a lobby and see if it works. If not let me know and I'll fix it and tell you what was wrong. I've been playing around with the idea of higher resolution heroes without too much memory and performance impact. It's surprisingly easy when you realize the default textures have so many compression artifacts that even if my replacement textures are the same size it still looks cleaner. Granted quite a few parts are left default since there's no real difference. Alright so some models just don't work when a vpk override is in place. Replacing the model seems to fix most issues for some reason. In any case I'm still trying to tone the size down since twenty heroes is about 260mb uncompressed at the moment. Still much smaller than my sfm packs but larger than they should be since both the mod and the default will be loaded at a time. A few of them are again the same size as the default. Oh and qop's kinda working now. Rimlights don't want to. Or are all the things separate and we can take them out manually?

About lion. I only have his previous set of textures and model if that's what you're asking about. Would only take a minute to supply a version for those still using it.
