Well there's no women in the SAS in real life and the SAS only allows men. Women can join some spetsnaz units, but I don't think they can join the FSB spetsnaz units that the ones in the game are supposed to represent. All the other units in game women are allowed to join as far as I know (with the SEALs only allowing it pretty recently), but I don't know if they all have female operators. I know that no women have ever made it into JTF2, or have even tried out for the unit, even though they're allowed to. But then again the realism argument has gone out the window a long time ago.
When they add the South Koreans though assuming they do the 707th Special Mission Battalion, one of the things they're known for is having female operators and that's the only unit where I'd be disappointed if they didn't include a female operator.

they mainly do it because in tom clancy's whole universe, females and males can just as easily get accepted into special ops programs, a good amount of characters in the books he wrote are females as well

Go to breach charge, it'll give u the option to Enter, then press G at the apex of the rappel entry animation

Once you place a charge on a window, you can initiate the enter animation, gotta time the breach right tho'
I always do it at the peak of my back swing, so that the front swing is cleared.
