Earlier I had one of those "situational awareness" moments. I finish reinforcing the floor hatches upstairs and go on my cameras to look for the enemy. Pulse starts yelling there's one upstairs, "really close to you". I get off my phone to see Fuze with his back turned to me, walking toward the door on the other side of the room.
Got a nice clutch to win us the game. 1v5. Moments like that wish I had something recording.

yo idk man, I live in Australia and get 100-200 ping to my local servers while playing with aus friends too, happens in this game and titanfall 2 exclusively and I cant work out why

I play ranked CSGO because smaller teams & people actually try most of the time. I haven't unlocked ranked in Siege, but I can guess that gameplay is exactly the same, but people try better and you get matched with a similarly skilled opponent? Isn't it better than playing with a level 150 when you're level 15? Unless you're the other guy.

That's what I've found. Casual is shit now that I've unlocked rank. Literally only time I'd play Casual is if I became super good and just wanted to stomp rookies. The grind to 20 was a bitch because so often you'd get thrown into a match against a way more skilled enemy, especially when they were a tryhard clan.
Ranked is better because you feel like when you lose, it was a deserved lose, not an inevitable "I can't do jack shit against these people" feeling you get in casual.

I saw this happen earlier, one of my teammates rounded a corner, put a good seven shots into a prone guys head and he didn't die. Could even see bloodspray in the deathfeed, but dude took aim and fired like he just got pelted by nerf darts instead of high velocity hunks of metal.
