me and a friend had the most enjoyable experience in ranked
people were doing proper call outs and everything
it was really fun and is probably how the game should feel all the time
but then I went back into a casual game where we had a mute save his jammers until after so the twitch couldn't kill them
they didn't even have a twitch and he never placed them down either
i'm afraid of ranked being more fun than casual now

3v3, enemy planted, decide to just say fuck it and go for the defuser, and somehow manage to do it in the chaos. Throwing away all common sense is sometimes the best way to win.

This happens to me often in this game, idk if there's hidden MMR (started last month) but most games I can drop 8+ kills, right callouts, cavi interrogations.
But then there comes a time where like 3-4 straight games in a row where I choke hard in an easy 1v1 or 1v2 or I aim like a toddler. There's like never an inbetween :v:

Casual needs to be changed so there is some kind of mmr. Its not fair to new players or old ones with the current system.

a choke on shotguns is a barrel attachment that tightens the spread of the pellets fired from the gun, and for whatever reason in this game when you aim down sights the shot spread is tighten and vice versa..

That's a total crock of shit. Casual is awful because sometimes you get ranked against total beginners (who are swiftly curbstomped out of existence) or super tryhards who steamroll you and your team. I highly doubt there's a hidden MMR for casual. It seems completely random who you're up against.

Well it's pretty well-hidden, tell you what
I find it difficult to accept that there's any MMR going on when it's fully possible for near level 200s to be matched with a team of level 1s. That doesn't make any sense to me, if there's a system dictating the matching.
Aside from retaining the lobby you're in, I guess.
Man, just had a 5 match lose streak, time to take a break.
Also saw a level 31 Plat 2, with a +2 win ratio. Guess the free weekend did its thing.
