I think they're just leftovers from before they had the voice actor do lines for Caveira, probably forgot to replace them, or forgot to have the VA record them at all.
Again, what's funky is that there are lines for the same line, and they're spoken normally.
It's just random intervals of TTS? Almost as if you have the normal set with a VA, and a TTS set that just sometimes plays instead of the normal one.

Huh, I thought the heavy breathing from revived players was on purpose to discourage shooting low-health teammates in the foot to bring them back up to 50%
I used to be awesome at this game, now I suck and every game I play makes me cry a little cause I die so easy.
I blew myself up at the start of a round as defender cause I placed C4 down, picked it up to try hide it better, placed it down again and then it detonated.

Something too similar just happened to me - two teammates C4'd themselves in the prep phase, the second took down the hostage as well. This wasn't you, was it?

Yesterday in Ranked one person gets killed on the stairs so the rest of my team runs to the stairs and also gets killed. Happens all the damn time. They're like sheep.
At least the most important issue was fixed:

I was just matched with a four-stack of new players, all level 15 and below who wouldn't shut up on the mic about how the other team was hacking while they're sprinting about as Fuze and Rook and wondering how their position wasn't obvious to everyone in the skyscraper. At least they used the mic I guess.

I just watched a man spend the whole Defense round meleeing "FUCK YOU!!" into the wall before going out, stealing the last kill, and spinning around so the last thing we all see is his beautiful artwork.
Had a round where this guy was dominating it and got an ace. But during killcam, he looked straight up at the ceiling and just spun really fast. It's not like when you spin with your mouse really fast (where it has that brief pause where you lift the mouse up to move it over), he just kept spinning and spinning.
Was he aimbotting or is there a technique to doing a continuous spin?

The whole server was calling him out saying "What the fuck was that?" and then surprisingly enough, he didn't get more than 2 kills for the rest of the game despite a straight ace in the first round.
