I definitely remember seeing patch notes stating fixes for this, there might still be minor issues here and there but I haven't seen it happen in the last few weeks of coming back and playing.

Its been pretty terrible today/yesterday, seen people complaining in-game too. Played for a few hours with a friend earlier and it was taking 4-5 mins of constantly falling in and out of lobbies (And the lobby being nearly full but taking far too long to find someone else), also had quite a few games where 3-5 people at a time were being randomly dropped.

Just play some casual as Montagne with the revolver equipped, shouldn't take more than a few games at most as long as you don't get unlucky and can shoot straight.

Personally, I bought the Y2 pass, used the R6 credits for Blackbeard, paid $5 for Frost at one point, and plan on just grinding out those operators since I don't have to worry about the year 2 ones.

I can say personally that the issue still exists as I've had it happen to myself many times, however now its more related to the other players connection that causes it instead of the game just doing it all the time.
Basically I've learned to just shoot someone as soon as you see them because even though they are facing the other way, they're very likely actually staring right at you.
Its also the reason why you can run past people with sheilds and melee them yet on their screen, they're looking at you, orientation is just really slow to update in this game.

I joined a match before, but mine was taking ages to load so I took one for the team and quit. When I hit the main menu it popped up saying something along the lines of "Rejoining Match" and I hit okay and I was back into the game.

I used to play pulse almost exclusively and have had my image as him since release :(
It was a bit of an in-joke that I always played him and at LAN I was made to use a desktop background that consisted of a bunch of operators with all their heads replaced with pulse.

People in this game can be such cunts, in setup I was shooting a drone as it went through a doorway and our Mute runs around the corner and gets tapped in the foot for 5 damage, and INSTANTLY 1shots me with his shotgun. Like, the very picosecond he got touched, I died.
