Jackal is only at risk of developing hallucinations due to his insomnia. If it gets worse, that's when he'd start seeing shit, alongside double vision and muscle weariness.
Mira and Ash also have rivalry, probably cause Ash is a cunt, but they were both at Operation Blue Orion where Mira improvised to create a panic room. Tachanka also was declared clinically dead at Hereford base for 2 minutes which is why (lorewise) he got the frontal ballistic shield attached to his machine gun. Also, Capitao was tortured and kept as a hostage, probably why he's wearing an eyepatch.
