After the buff there were a few cases I saw of Glaz destroying, but I do feel it was team based. Like snowmobile on Chalet, cracked the wall open, monty walks in to cover plant, smoke everywhere, glaz picks off every fool that tries to come out.
Ten thousand years since I've seen Bank. I'm pretty sure it's been so long since I've played that make I no longer know the layout. Meanwhile, Coastline every other match. Coastline is a good map but fuck do I run into it SO MUCH.
I'm always getting Bank, nowhere near as much Coastline as when it first launched, almost never now

The courtyard is weird - I think it was supposed to give defenders a different way to hold but it's fucking terrifying being in it since the attackers can be above you at any point in the round.

Yeah because getting hit through the shield because of a network desync is a thing that should be blamed on the Montagne and not the developers.
But to be fair yeah dude just back into a corner and keep marking her or pop around the corner and shoot her, because keeping the shield deployed and close to any enemy could easily be a death sentence if they're smart enough to try and run around.

while yes its a clear network issue montagne also isn't meant to be a get out of jail free card. if you play him like how you're supposed to you won't really ever run into this issue because your teammates will just kill people who try to do it

The point of Montagne might not be to go 1v1ing around like an asshat but he certainly shouldn't be able to lose in that scenario unless they've got grenades. Montagne's shield is specifically supposed to be a wall that can't be broken except from behind.

On Caviera's screen he got behind the shield. If you don't want to end up in these situations stop dancing with someone meleeing you 1v1.
I don't understand how people do it in ranked, but I've been coming across players that are clearly much better than everyone else and shouldn't be in the bracket with us. You'll have someone on either team running away with 10 kills and basically carrying whichever team they're on, whilst the rest of us are dying like absolute scrubs.
I spoke to someone who admitted they used to be Plat2 but spent hours purposefully losing ranked matches to get down to Bronze, and they claimed that they'll never get back up to Plat2 because each win only nets them 15 points or something.
It completely ruins a game, even if they're on your side. Just leaves you with nothing to do as they zip around with 100% map knowledge wiping everyone out before you get a chance to do anything. Or worse is when they're on the enemy team and just take your head off before you ever even knew what happened.

Way to entirely miss the point. Sure, he was acting dumb around the Caveira (assuming desyncs are common knowledge) but if the game was competently made he shouldn't have and likely wouldn't have died from that encounter. The solution here shouldn't be "just realize that your operator's ability that's supposed to make you immune to non-explosives from the front is actually useless unless you're sitting with a wall or group of teammates at your back."

You don't know what the latency was, lots of games suffer from latency issues.
