Recruit is very effective.
So i decided to play the game again and they haven't fixed Hibana and Echo's faces yet? What a bummer.
I just can't stand it that they don't look asian, and they look more like they're hired from another country.
I dunno if I'm just used to Source games but something about this game feels really... sluggish? Framerate isn't an issue and there's no mouse acceleration/smoothing as far as I can tell, but everything just seems to handle in a very clunky or slow way and it's kind of off-putting even though I really want to like it. Maybe it just takes getting used to.
Anyone else stuck on a moderate NAT all of a sudden? Me and my friend are both affected and can't play with each other.
Most actions definitely are slower, but that's on purpose; some animations could easily be faster (Thermite deployment, hatch reinforcement, etc) but their timing is part of the game's balancing. I'm not bothered by it despite playing lots of different shooters, it's just how the game is.

I'm fine with deployment animation being slow but I wish sidearm switching would be faster

From what a russian friend of mine told me, the russian copy of the game is locked to russian, you can't change it to english

Or have it like RO2 has it where you can set your team's language to english and the enemy team to their native language.
It adds to the experience when you can understand what your team is saying but not what the enemy is saying.

Don't understand how it's 2017 and so many people still don't use mic. Or they use mic and it's real shitty quality.
Played yesterday and I didn't wanna use mic cause it was 3am and I'd probs get noise complaints, but every time I wanted to make a callout, I'd press the push-to-talk button before realising my mic is muted. Playing this game without mic is infuriating, you wanna give callouts and help teammates out but you can't.
I gave up using in-game comm since nobody in my MM area use it
I usually don't bother with in-game voice because the majority people I have heard use it are toxic or extremely obnoxious and just make the game harder by constantly being backseat players and confusing you/making noise so you can't hear for yourself.
Need a new banner for the OP.
Also just debating making the next thread dedicated in full to Siege.
