because giving a character a literal face shield in a competitive shooter where headshots and peeking are extremely important is a great idea

couldnt care less if BB is garbage. His gadget is really bad design so I'd rather him be garbage until they can figure out a good way to make him not cancer and be balanced
I think blackbeard might be good now. Basically gives him 0.3 s more in a direct peek confrontation.

yeah, he still wins peek fights but he can't just camp one window and tank forever now
i disagree, Blackbeards shield is so large that peek battles with him will instantly be won, sure, it gives him a tiny headstart, but with the 150 percent slower ADS nerf they just gave him, it'll be hell
but you can ads before you peek?
the reason for the ads change is so blackbeard can't do a 180 when he's getting flanked and shoot you in the face instantly

Haven't found that he's been able to do that at present, I always peek BB and spray down his shield before he can land a shot off me, just gotta be really fast about it. Although it does require you to know which part of the window he's camping at
the problem with blackbeard is that he's just flawed by having his special ability directly affect the main core gameplay of peeking and getting headshots
he was a bad idea to begin with and trying to balance him is hard because he's gonna be either too strong or too weak
giving him a straight up advantage by being able to block headshots is a stupid idea
BB is only a problem when he's camping windows.

If after my placement matches i got platinum, then i got deranked to gold, then i got up again to plat, and finally i got back to gold... when the season ends, will i get the plat charm (career high, like last season)?

regarding bb, couldn't he be buffed a bit by just giving him like a few more spare face shields?
easy shield break but if he can back out of a firefight for a second he can put a fresh one in, kind of a more risk/reward driven gameplay
Man, this is insanely infuriating. I've [I]just[/I] fixed my horrible frames issues (and got ReLive working so I can finally capture my best siege moments) and now I'm plagued with near-constant rubberbanding issues.
This game, man. You fix one issue and another one crops up. This is unplayable. Does anyone know if there's any way to fix this? No one else in the server experiences the rubberbanding as bad as I do, so it has to be on my end.

Ubisoft say its getting fixed in the patch tomorrow, so hopefully that's that.
In the meantime I could be completely wrong here but it seems like siege especially likes to rubber band when you are walking over debris so I try to avoid it
IQ'S G8A1 can't hit stuff for shit, I wish it has the muscle brake at the least
G3 ring sight is so good though, I prefer it to RDS if I don't need the magnification on ACOG
Aug or 52 commando are far better than that g8
