turn off vsync or check your graphics

[B]VERY[/B] dissapointed that the M249 only has a fire rate of 650 RPM. It does less damage than the FAL but has the same firerate, just more bullets you'll never be able to get through.

This game hates Vsync right? If I have it on, it seems to slam down to 30 for no reason randomly, but I need to force Vsync in my 3d app settings for Nvidia as many games have no Vsync for no reason
