Matchmaking is an issue on casual, but I find it hard to believe you're getting matched with "Level 200+". Play until level 20 and start playing ranked, as you're actually matched with people of similar skill level in ranked.
Aight, got my rank now. Silver IV. Good/Bad?
average
I wonder, would flashlights work as something to put on instead of laser sights or something?
If only there was an operator who can cause blackouts.
Defensive Op that can put down obnoxious floodlights would be cool.
i remember when valve were gonna fix tf2 scout crazy legs but people also complained and they kept it in :v:
didn't it eventually get patched out?
didn't it eventually get patched out?
yea i even remember someone (or was it valve?) made a RIP picture
Defensive Op that can put down obnoxious floodlights would be cool.
Im really curious what new Operators will have. Something I've noticed since I started playing is that some Operators have abilities that really overlap, like Frost and Kapkan both having traps(though I suppose they work differently and could be used differently), or Ash and Hibana both having ranged breaching tools. It just makes me curious what new tools they can give new operators, or if they're just going to redesign already existing tools and make them work slightly different or fill new roles. Also Im a little fearful of how future factions will look because of how the S.A.T. looked that the next batch will look as outlandish and over-stylized. I know the game would be really boring if every faction wore the same black/blue/green gear (with the few expections), but they dont have to make the characters look like they're literally out of an anime.

Holy shit m8
I love the cartoony outline of bullets you made.
I can see they still haven't fixed Tachanka's LMG doing no damage, fucking hell.
I wonder if we would get a 9mm convert on an AR platform, I always thought those are really cool when I first saw the varmint rifle in Killing Floor 2
I wonder if we would get a 9mm convert on an AR platform, I always thought those are really cool when I first saw the varmint rifle in Killing Floor 2
Just use the mp5
The only faction that really baffles me with their weapon selection is FBI SWAT. Why a G36, a SIG 556 and that one Remington AR for their assault rifles? GSG9 should have had the G36. Why doesnt FBI SWAT have a normal M4 or an MP5/10, the weapons they actually use? Just seemed like a weird choice, especially when most of the other factions have pretty faction correct weapons for the most part. Also almost every faction in the game uses the MP5 and its pretty much synonymous with counter-terrorism units. Its a shame its not available to every faction. I am really curious what they're going to give the new operators though. Some of the factions use stuff thats already in the game so it'll be interesting to see what they scrounge up.
Aight, got my rank now. Silver IV. Good/Bad?
Aight, even more shit to give to this game. Lost first game after got my rank, went back to Silver II. 2 ranks just like that? Wtf? What game does that? Also can someone explain to me how this makes sense. It happened so many times I'm getting sick of it. I shoot at enemy through railing, bullets don't hit. He shoots at me through railing, bullets hit. Wtf is going on
Doesn't Jäger have a G36?
Doesn't Jäger have a G36?
He had a 416
Does it not swap attackers and defenders in OT rounds anymore?
There's no better feeling than fucking somebody up through a door after seeing their feet.
If they want to give new operators new weapons I'm assuming Poland will get the MSBS and PM-84 (if the SEALs can have female operators then GROM/SPAP can have MSBS's), Korea probably K2 and K1A?
2 ranks just like that?
you have a hidden volatility and probability of win rating and the more you play the more the system knows those 2 factors, thats why you at first gain/loose more points when winning/loosing.

Spain currently uses G36's and Mp5's and UMP's and other stuff that other factions use. Only thing I can see is an HK G41 since apparently Spains counter-terrorism unit uses those, or they might even give them a CETME-L.
God I'm never queuing without 4 people again. We had two potatoes, one that killed my friend when he was reviving me and left instantly. And the other had reaction times of a slug and took 2 mins to shoot Monte as his flank was exposed in a doorway. Pretty done lmao

If they went with a mainland Chinese unit they could have given them QBZs. Although they'll probably just give the Hong Kong guys QBZs anyway.
I want to start dabbling in multiplayer. Any tips for someone who hasnt done it before? Also I'd like a recommendation for a good beginner Defender. I'd probably end up using Buck on offense since he seems really straightforward and I like his gun a lot.
I want to start dabbling in multiplayer. Any tips for someone who hasnt done it before?
Sorry we don't have that in this game.
Sorry we don't have that in this game.
dabbLing, not dabbing
Rook is a simple operator who's almost always welcome, just plop down the armor as soon as you spawn, pick a plate up, and if you equipped impact grenades make holes in walls between the bombs. Another easy to learn defender is (imo) Mute - put your jammers near doorways/routes through which drones are likely to come from, then once you've destroyed the drones and/or setup has ended move the jammers to nearby reinforced walls, covering as much of the wall as possible with each jammer. I strongly advise against playing Castle until you know a map very well, since a badly placed Castle barricade can royally fuck up your teammates.

Lot of people get a false sense of security from Castle's barricades, when, for example, a Castle barricade on a window is like a dream come true for Fuze. What I found is that his barricades are best placed at a distance, and treated as a sort alarm- you can be sure that the enemy can't start stealthily shooting you from that door or window, but has to make serious noise to make it accessible.
