I'm driving with my keyboard, that's why making smooth turns always proves to be a bit of a challenge, especially at 151km/h. You got to tap the left/right key for less than a nanosecond in order to stay somewhat stable.
Any car mods?

use the mouse as the wheel, perfectly smooth turns once you figure out the sensitivity
So, after all this time I decided to buy a new garage and hire some people and bought them the cheapest Scannia truck I could configure.

Level 5, currently got 26k, what should I be saving for? Doing long haul missions so I get like 11k per delivery now, should I save up to upgrade my current truck or what?
As Inacio said, level until 12 and then upgrade your truck. That should be your main goal.
What's the best things to upgrade? Just got the 90 km/h mod thing
Is there anyway to change your speed thing, so when I'm in UK I can use MPH and in Europe KMH?

is there a map of showrooms? valient sem the best as they have largest stock engine from what i have seen so far but i would like to see all manufactures first

On the main menu click on the Truck Dealers button and then select one brand and click on the yellow dot representing a showroom and on the lower right you see "Visit Dealer" you click on that and that's it.
And I personally find the Scannia catalog the largest.

but you have to find the showrooms before you can visit them, i havnt found a scania, daf or ivedo dealer yet

Mostly to cities you havent been before and make sure you discover the dealer on that city
