How's the multiplayer mod now?

Since the latter is technically possible, but really unfeasible, and the former would look weird when someone has to stop because of his local A.I being in the way, I don't think we'll see it happening.

i'd have to admit i usually roll with friends when i play this, and it has been a while so i guess it could've died down a bit.

When he rammed me, because of slight lag, he never touched me, but he rolled his truck. So he just sat there unable to do dick. Instant Karma. Everyone seems to obey traffic laws (Aside from speeding) and be pretty cool. Which is the kind of community you get with really niche games such as this. Me and some guy grabbed a dangerous load in the same place at the same time, and the destination ended up being the same for the two of us. We were in sight of each other the entire 600mi journey, completed it without incident, let each other back our trailers into the same spot even though there's no collision in those areas, and went on our way. Never said a word to one another

There may be some difference between the US and EU server populations, I know I play on the EU server and do see more rammers - the area around the Europort, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Brussels, Osnabruck is particularly prevalent just on account of how busy the area is - but if they do mess you up just load an autosave.

Idiots that didn't want to wait were over taking in the opposing lane, causing the traffic jam to be even worse, and the vast majority of people waiting like they should were angry and reporting those over taking

I finally got to the port entrance and there is this guy who is blocking it with his trailer and wont move. Apparently no admins are on either.

One for being on the wrong side of the road, and another for reckless driving You wouldn't know of a super secret LoD setting or something that would boost my frame rate when there's 170 trucks in view, would you?

And probably the only reason anyone was actually moving forward, people were filling the gaps left by people leaving to go to single player

As frustrating as it might be I actually wait it out because I don't play the mp mod to drive along empty roads the WHOLE time, sometimes maybe I don't mind a bit of traffic

It was like spamming Print Screen then just clicking next, not as fast as you could, while previewing the screenshots

America Truck Simulator is going to be great, can't wait for that.

anyone got a clue what's up with their servers? Are they getting DDOS'ed or something? EU#1 has been down all day and the US server goes down at random intervals.
