I saw a blockade earlier on the other side of the highway. Pulled over, saved, turned around, and ran those fuckers off the road. Loaded the save and rammed them multiple times until their trucks were too fucked to even move. Everyone managed to get by and I went on my way.
I was in the UK and some [RUS] guy was speeding like crazy on the wrong side of the road, collided with me head first and then called [B]me[/B] an idiot. Really? Maybe the Russians should have their own server, I'm getting pretty tired of them.
Anyone know of a demo/replay system? I'd like to record some sort of replay and then actually record it to disk later for some video stuff.
The Russians try to destroy every game they get their hands on.

Apparently trying to overhaul a convoy of russian/slovak drivers will result in a 100% damaged truck and trailer. I have recorded the occurrence. But this shitty software didn't wrote the files at all.
Luckily that I had tons of pocket money.
PS: I didn't report them because I had no idea how to bring up the chat and I didn't catch the driver's, who rammed me, ID. So don't try to get up on a high horse.

By default, "y" opens chat. You can also get their ID by pressing tab and looking next to their name.

This is why I save before leaving on each haul. If I get fucked over by someone else and I can't be bothered. I can just report them, load my game and try again from the start of the haul.
use the autosaves they save frequently and save even if you're moving

Is there anyway to turn off the extra lighting in the cab?
My FPS is starting to tank while in the cabin and everything looks far to bright. But third person and all the other cameras look fine.
I thought there was an option to turn down the brightness on the gps inside the cabin somewhere

Mods are activated in a Skyrim sort of manner where you tick boxes of which ones you want to activate. Because of that, ETS2MP forces all mods to be disabled when it launches.

The new 1.11 patch is supposed to improve that. Just have to wait for ets2mp to be compatible with it.

When I played APB, the problems with brazilians griefing and hacking got so bad the company made a server just for them and banned their accounts on the other servers. It was hailed as a great victory by most players. Kind of sad in a way, but considering just how much worse they were in general than everyone else combined, it wasn't surprising.
So what do you guys have on your wishlist for America Trucker? Naturally, being a red-blooded god-fearing American I can't wait for it.
I hope they see the EtS2MP mod and end up adding Multiplayer but they in all likelyhood won't. That aside I hope we can do long hauls from the East Coast to the West.

Are there any mods to make the roads more lively, cause like 2 cars and 1 truck every in-game 1 hour or so is pretty lonely and boring, I want the M1 to be busy like it usually is?
