I'm just slowly suffering and chipping away at E1 on hard atm because I don't want to commit any of my better DD/CLs to it when I need them for AACI, CIs, star shelling or carrying tanks.
E1 runs aren't exactly resource intensive anyways, though if it drains my buckets too hard I'll probably give up and just force it with better ships for the tank and see what I can salvage later if anything.

Anyways, I've gotten 134 S ranks at E2 M node now.
Assuming that Prinz has a 1.7% chance to drop (Rate is slightly higher than this on poi statistics) from S ranks, there's only a 10% chance of her NOT dropping within 134 runs. Fuck RNG, what frustrates me the most about this is that I'm no closer to getting her from when I started farming for her on fucking Friday because past runs are completely irrelevant to the future chances of her dropping. It makes me want to quit for the sake of completing the rest of the event but if I quit now all of the time and buckets was for nothing.
I feel sorry for you, I got her when I cleared E2.

I'm almost at 90 S-ranks on E-2E, still no Prinz. I thought that was a lot already but I've still got a long way to go I guess.
I did get two U-511s in Spring 2016 E-3E within 60 runs (1.5% chance for the first Yuu and apparently 0.5% chance for the second) so I might have used all my luck then.

Well times no longer on your side but I managed to pull off e4 easy with zero fuel reserves while using all lbas. I just skipped the enroute and boss support.
I just had to constantly run 2 3 and 5 around the clock
i finished e4 with 2 fuel but my fleet was pretty strong
