Symetra is a character that's neither good nor evil and has a lot of layers to her, which is pretty unique in Overwatch. She kinda thinks she's doing the right thing, but even then she questions if its benefiting the wrong people and if means justify ends. The closest I think we get to that is Soldier 76, who may do some morally ambiguous things for the greater good but as a former soldier he's probably done way worse for way less and really he's just trying to make the world a better place. I personally don't like playing as her and nor do I like her but she's got quite the interesting character.
