He can get kills, he just has to catch someone squishy off guard and run them down. I got some decent killstreaks with him in the beta.
That said, I wouldn't mind some sort of buff, he dies really fast for a tank and his lightning doesn't hurt all that much. Either more damage or more survivability would be nice.
Winston is not crap. He's probably the 2nd best tank in the game. He has the most disruption potential while mixed with tons of health. He's godly at getting right in the middle of the action.
Believe it or not but he's not supposed to be by himself. If you're playing Winston and you die fast then either the enemy team is godly at focusing you, or your team isn't pulling their weight

A secondary fire for his lightening gun to do more damage (burst or otherwise) without the easy mode arcs would be neat.
This post is entirely subjective, but, even if I have yet to grasp the art of walls jumping, I've been trying to master Genji but starting to find him a very crappy hero all around
In my opinion, Genji can kill someone only in these two scenarios:
1) Your opponents don't realize they are shooting [I]Genji[/I] and keep doing it
2) You are in a 1vs1 situation
In all the other scenarios, you get gunned down mercilessly by the enemy team
Maybe I need more time to master him, I don't know

It's like, Tracer beats him in the evasive league, while Reaper can do more damage in a shorter window of opportunity, so you should pick them instead of Genji
I keep having those sudden stutters while playing, i didn't have those problems in Beta.
It's like lag, for a second people floating and after that i get teleported having my face kicked from everywhere. I tested other games but no problems.
It's quite turning me off.
Teammate Mei put a wall up right in front of me a second after I used Hammer Down.
I really want this character removed, they're awful no matter what team they're on.
Fuck I just played till 2am on a work night without even realizing. This game is crack for my brain.

multiple times a mei has put her wall between me and someone im healing, or they put it fucking BEHIND me while im trying to retreat, getting me killed. its like the only character where you can actually be a huge detriment to your own team

I don't think you could say the same for Roadhog, Reinhardt, and Winston, what they bring to the table just doesn't work as well as other area of expertise.
Zarya isn't to mess around either, i mean generally all tank heroes are scary.

issue with roadhog is that his health pool is 100% pure health. no shield. though he makes up for it with being self-sufficient on the healing department, he's not as optimal on tanking loads of damage as winston or reinhardt, both which sport natural armor. he is however good at easily taking out the weaker members of the opposing team with his hook+scrapgun combo
again this is just my opinion and doesn't necessarily mean fact, and I'm not saying they aren't tanks, just that I don't consider the others "true" traditional tanks, so I hope noone gets their knickers in a twist over it

It really sucks when your team picks a really shitty comp and it's completely out of your control. The character select screen clearly says "No Tanks" "No Supports" "Too Many Snipers" so I have to either pick a support or tank, but regardless of which I pick we'll be down a very important role.
