You haven't seen comp TF2 spies then.

You mean basically minisnipers with a pocket suicide watch.
Yeah, while comp spies work, the disguise is still rendered pointless as it's all trickstabs and the ambassador at that point.
At that point you may as well not have the disguises.
Spy in TF2 is no longer the class it used to be. He is literally Sniper #2 that has a get out of jail free card every couple seconds.
But really nobody likes versing spies in TF2. Every mechanic they have is annoying and not very fun to fight against. Overwatch doesn't need a TF2 spy.

No, I mean disruptors who run around backstabbing people during teamfights while the enemy's distracted and busy dealing with the Demo and Soldiers. Spies typically fill the same role as Scouts in comp.
Yay.
POTG for Mercy. Again (first one was in open beta). In first day. :v:
One love.

Managed to bring a team back from nearly losing by going Hanzo and keeping everyone away from the final checkpoint on payload.
Felt pretty good, but POTG went to a McCree who actually got a team kill. Which was pretty cool.
I think towards the end, everyone started playing seriously..
When you're playing a healer in pubs

I don't watch a lot of comp, but I almost never saw "comp" spies, and those that I did see were entirely playing some kind of dead-aim gunslinger that got worse when the Ambassador/Dead Ringer came out.

You sure you didn't play a different game? A comp spy wouldn't know what a knife was if it stabbed them in the face.
So after a few hours ..lets say training.. im looking for friends to realise how much i suck
my Tag is Sloth#21424 if anyone wants to add

Maybe the American leagues were different but I'm pretty sure down here the Dead Ringer was actually on the banned weapons list for being too OP, so Spies were forced to play more as backstabbers than gunslingers.
Holy fucking shit just teamwiped with High Noon

Man, I love Hollywood. I think it's such a great map.
Is it just me, or is Pharah painfully underwhelming?
It's like playing soldier with half the speed, half the splash radius, half the splash damage, and double the self-damage. Her ultimate might as well just play duck hunt music and I haven't found any use for her secondary no-damage rocket except in mouthing "pew pew" noises when I use it and occasionally annoying people.
I guess it is just me. Just after all the other heroes, I struggle to do anything of value with her.

Best to use it in a teamfight when the enemy's mostly distracted trying to take down your team's tanks or whatever
Well, for a joke me, my friends and couple of randoms decided to everyone go reaper. It was escort and we were attacking. Jokes on the other team because we won. It was a such an edgefest on the starting doors. POTG went to the bastion on the enemy team though.
This might be very late but I noticed my Deathadder Chroma changes color depending on what class I play in Overwatch.
yay this was my highest % match on fire so far

I played a lot of Tribes and Quake so rocket launcher / spinfusor for life
She's good for escort missions, especially the one where you're in the streets of a nice futuristic city. Not sure which map. Get way above everyone and just ran hell. Use the secondary to push people away from the payload

I just have yet to be in a situation with Pharah I wouldn't feel better suited in as Junkrat/anyone else.
I think I keep making the mistake of picking her when the enemy team has hitscanners/Roadhogs.
Can we all agree that Mei ice wall should be nerfed?

Sent you an invite.
I love Dva but her guns just tickle people

The falloff is really high but you can beat Reinhardt in a point blank slugfest. Boost into the enemy and then unload on them.
imagine getting something good out of the loot boxes
hahahaha what a concept
haha
ha.
So... I'm not crazy right, Tracer's ult is super unfitting? Everyone else has an ult that reflects them or their loadout or their abilities... and Tracer gets a bomb. Just a bomb that sticks. That's it, nothing time related or anything

it's designed to synergize with her recall but not too sure what kind of ult would fit her thematically.

It's a time bomb!
if tracer had another time ability I feel it would probably be too annoying or too strong
The abilities that allow you to see other players through walls are very frustrating to play against. It feels so bad to die the millisecond your walk around a corner.
It's fucking stupid that there's no way to tell if an enemy Widowmaker's ult is up. It's genuinely unfair.
I wish there was a 'well played'/'nice shot' command on the c menu because it's nice to tell people when they do good
