I think Tracer's and 76's look really good. Reaper's could use more red or grey accenting (You won't even be able to see the red inner of the headband when it's in use) and I think Winston's would be better if the inner circle on the earcup (where his face is printed) was coloured with the blue from his shoulderplate's logo instead of more grey.
