It might work better if you could work a slower fade-in, but considering you're working with 1 pixel in a relatively short gif that might be pretty difficult to pull off.

Roughly half of them are [I]one fucking pixel[/I] too wide, others are not the exactly the size of 80x160. It's late and I need to get some sleep, I'll see if I can fix them sometime tomorrow.
