Pharahs green skin is so weird. I don't quite understand why it turns her skin so pale in compassion to all the other skins.

As far as I know, it only releases on the twenty-third for NA, according to that dev tweet if memory serves.
They ship on the 23rd, you still have to wait until the servers go live on the 24th.
Supposedly servers go live at 4pm PST on the 23rd.

her own outfit in general on the b.va and hornet skin is awful, that weird 60's sci fi elf looking outfit with the tiny little airline hostess hat on top. Didn't even consider the hair since everything else threw me off first. Hair's p bad

I'm not a fan of them because I feel like they cover up so much of what makes her design interesting. The Arctic skins are just "person in winter gear", where's the muscles and the cute hair and the painted nails?

It's pretty obvious it's some kind of release/pre-release party thing since the areas listed are things like shopping centers and convention centers.
