There isn't much to speculate. Based on all the information we have from the developers and from various easter eggs and rumors the only possibility is that this is concept art for the Doomfist.
I'd love some sort of boomerang weapon, I could already see some sweet mechanics coming out of something like that.
We already have a stereotypical western guy with a revolver. Could always use a stereotypical Australian with a boomerang.
I'm probably going to change the waifu tournament to round-robin (all play all), it only needs a few extra people for six teams but getting to eight seems unrealistic.

That's the exact same as me. I assumed the game would be 100% casual pandering, but there's a decent amount of depth and coordinated play is very fun. Now I jerk off to Tracer. The only major criticism I have for the game is the lack of player run dedicated servers and LAN support.

No idea but I am sure they will be added for this game. They know damn well that TF2 is a big inspiration for them and that people enjoy running their own servers. Blizzard seems to enjoy actually listening to the community (wow I'm sucking them hard rn aren't I) but I could see it happening.
They won't do it. They didn't do it for SC2, they didn't do it for Diablo 3, they won't do it for Overwatch.

Are player run servers THAT needed for 6v6? Seems kinda pointless unless you want to go the TF2 route and have a bunch of 16v16 Hollywood 24/7 servers.

The problem is a LAN party/tournament would need a connection that can support that many players with no congestion and you wouldn't get lovely 0 ping.
