Would be nice if they'd add more contitions for the "shutdown" POTG stuff, like making the game able to notice when someone stopped an ult from doing much damage, without killing the one ulting.
For example, a Mei putting up an ice wall, stopping and blocking off a reaper's ult, or a Reinhardt charging a self destructing mech away from his team. Mei putting an ice wall in front of an ulting Mcree, or a Roadhog chainhooking some ulting hero away from his team.

If there is one thing that Blizz has shown to hate lately it is LAN and player-run servers. They leverage not having those to control tournaments; Last I heard, they don't allow tournaments for SC2 to have a huge prize pool unless Blizz gets a cut. For major tournaments they set up a local Bnet server so the lag isn't there.
