Not just that but it'd be pretty shitty to make the only gay character the one that doesn't conform to gender norms. Masculinity and femininity have nothing to do with sexuality.

For serious though, the only character whose sexuality actually matters is Zenyatta IMO. He's a robot who believes he has a soul, understands the concept of gender and identifies as male. So, can he love as well? Does he have preferences or just love everyone? There's actually some interesting stuff Blizz could explore in there, and with Omnics in general.

I don't think any of the characters are designed to be looked into in this much detail. The only thing that matters is that he talks about tranquility and wears puffy trousers and doesn't afraid of anything.

I don't care if someone's bi, and i certainly won't demand it. If they are, cool, if they're not, cool. It does not and should not make a diference.
