The Genji/Hanzo relation is honestly sort of a generic concept but I did get really emotional over that short, and I still really like the interactions that they have in-game
It's a sorta cliche concept that Blizzard is handling really well imo

a man with enough naivete to fumble his phone and subsequently knock himself out after running face-first into a huge bell is definitely innocent
if hanzo put an arrow in his head then he'd be a cold blooded killer and that would sunder his current character

Let's say that this is true, I'd imagine that a yakuza omnic might be equipped with kevlar plating and padded armor to withstand close-range attacks (fists, knives, other melee weapons) and ranged attacks (pistol and rifle rounds).
If this was the case, a hypervelocity high-tech composite alloy arrow would most certainly penetrate the aforementioned protection unless it was specifically designed to withstand arrows (or bolts for that matter).

Actually you know what? It could actually be Sombra, if you look at the pic posted further down you'll see her Helmet has this upside down triangle.
There was a scope they were working on in the same video as that character leak that uses an upside down triangle as the reticle. I mean yeah that's not very original but it's still something that's not in the game.
