Just ran into a modder on GTAO. Spawned a shit ton of cargoplanes underground and some collision mesh which destroyed my FPS. Froze my friend and kicked us out of a vehicle. IDK who the dude is, no instakills yet

Just throw a ticket to Rockstar asking for a character appearance change, they usually grant it without needing a specific cause.

If they're holding off on a very frequently requested feature it's probably because it's in the pipeline for an upcoming update. Take a look at the weapons locker for example, people asked for something to customise their weapon wheels for ages, but they kept quiet about it until they released it in the F&F update.

I can imagine a plastic surgeon character being quite the... interesting personality, let's just say. He'd be bodymodded all to shit, speak with a very thick eastern european accent, and make rather morbid musings about how your skin is so much nicer than his "graft donors", all while sounding like he might also be hitting on you and inserting not so subtle euphemisms into everything. Basically design him to be as uncomfortable to interact with as possible, and force anyone who wants to change their appearance to do at least a few of his "donor registration" missions before they can do so, which involve hunting down specific NPCs or even another player and delivering their body to him. Doesn't cost anything more than a bit of your time in the end, aside from a vague feeling of having been violated.
