I'm OK with how my character looks, so even if they did add a plastic surgeon, I probably wouldn't bother with it unless they added new face options that were better than the current ones.

Honestly, that's exactly how I'd expect them to do a plastic surgeon within the GTA verse, he'll be "legit" from the front but behind he's as backdoor surgeon as you get. Its not the first example of egotistical and unhinged doctors within GTA anyway, there's quite a few of them. GTAIV had the organ trafficker who was a legit doctor who found it was cheaper to get organs from the black market than to go down the legit route.

- Introducing over 20 new animal masks
- Introducing tails and ears from different animals
- Animal patterns now available for certain guns at Ammu-Nation
- Updated The Beast mode with 4 new different beasts (they must look like parodies furry OCs. One of them needs to be a dinosaur or a lizard man)
- Adversary Mode featuring new hunting gear and clothing. Mode revolves about a bunch of hunters having to kill people dressed as helpless animals.

I'd personally like to see scars added to the face customization.
Replaying through GTA 4 and it's episodes has made me realized I really miss the experienced and quick fighting style, but damn is it a bitch to dodge oncoming attacks.
If they were to add a plastic surgeon I'd want:
- Ability to change your gender
- Beards that don't look like shit
- Hairstyles that don't look like shit
- Full Arm Tattoos that don't look like shit
- Changing your features with a slider instead of picking different parents
- Changing your skin tone to something other than pale as fuck or black as night
- Changing body types so I don't look like a twink
- Piercings
Unfortunately most of them wouldn't work due to clipping issues or whatever, but I can dream.

Best way to level up when you're solo or with one guy? I played a little bit on the 360 the year of release but I just now bought the PC version and transferred my data. Wasn't much though. People tend to kick level 20's out of good missions or heists. And as usual, no one joins up on the prison break.. especially the cancerous setup missions.

I did Fleeca as often as possible for 3-4 evenings with a friend of mine (we were hosting for each other when possible), and I leveled up from around 20 to 53.
if you're fine with farming like that, it's a fairly nice way to level up.

Join the FAPS sessions if you're on when they are. I don't remember who but someone started a new character and shot up pretty quick. I've gone from 145 to 166 or something in a week or two, not doing much else.
You get bonuses for playing with crew members and it's usually playlists which net you a good amount of cash as well.
Prison Break is so shit. I've never lead any heist beyond the first one.
So does anyone still play on pc? Just started playing again today. Put a nice 10 hours in. Played a lot of hiest setups and a few final guest parts. It's doo much better than release. Anyway, I'm looking for some regulars to play with. I'm already in the FP crew, but I've yet to be in a session with another member. Also gets annoying trying to do a heist and people don't communicate.

Prison break's finale never fucking works right.
First the AI breaks and we fail when the guards get suspicious, then rashkovsky won't follow us, then he loses all his health from one bullet, then the game lags out and the plane winds up totaled, then he won't follow us onto the plane, then the police choppers kamikaze the plane, then it fails us for being slightly too low at the exchange point, and on and on and fuck FUCK [B][I]FUUUUUUCK

If you as a host have to constantly keep apologizing to your team and begging them to stay and just finish it, you know it's a special kind of bad.
from what I can tell, the difficulty of prison break relies entirely on the prisoner and prison officer's internet.

There's a good few of us who play on PC still. We did two custom playlists just over the weekend. One was like capture missions and last team standing, the other was races. Weekends are usually when those types of events pop up. There'll be another playlist this weekend of probably stunt races for a presidential election. Don't ask me about that cause I know sweet fuck all about it.

The fact that noose grangers spawn in the airfield and literally either murder you as the pilot, or the players getting in the plane. That's the most common failure I've had happen.

Jfc, I just reached the buzzard part in Ballad of Gay Tony and I can't imagine how I piloted the helicopters before GTA 5 game out. I crashed it several times.
