I always say it but afro haircuts. Or just a normal short back and sides. We haven't had new hairstyles in ages, there's just them lame video haircuts that no one actually sports in real life.
They always add tattoos but they're mostly pointless cos most people wear clothes
One thing that irks me about the tattoos is that the quality is never consistent. It's like they were made my three different people. I like the ones they added with Ill Gotten Gains the most.
IIRC a lot of content was made by different people.
Join a big gang from the suggested gangs list. Solved the problem for me, now I have a constant spam of job invites
I actually reinstalled the game and it made it better. Still not the absolute madness like on Xbox....but thats kind of nice in a way

The cars are where it's most apparent, I'd argue. Some have ATROCIOUS smoothing groups (the Phoenix has a hole in the upper right corner of its custom hoods for instance, and many have unsightly bulges or pits in the bodywork even undamaged), incorrectly animated parts (Coquette Classic's hood doesn't animate at all, Mesa2 and Surfer's back hatch open the wrong way, etc), or in cases like the Tornado, some custom parts' models are FUCKING INSIDE OUT.
I'd really only be happy with Lowriders 2 if it included a mod available to all/most cars that was just a weapons locker in the boot that you accessed by opening the boot. Put the guns you don't want to use right now in the locker, take the weapons you do want to use out and put them in your wheel.
If they had to make it cost $2 billion to install, they could have a free locker in your garages, so you're paying for convenience if you want one in your car. People have wanted a weapon wheel that isn't utter dog shit since release; better late than never.
Whats the easiest way to have mods and yet still be able to play gta5 online? I've seen a few options and am wondering whats the best/easiest
a cracked installation from tpb with mods and a legit installation for gtao
There is no law against having a cracked secondary copy of a game you already own, so yeah, doing it that way is optimal in every way except hard drive space.
Something that has become a little more popular but is still really uncommon is having a car meet. Myself and 2 of my friends took out 2 Tornados and a Dukes and got some great photos. I need to upload them though. We're planning to do the same with different cars tomorrow, I've got a few I can use for classic style ones.

I had the most amazing experience when the Sultan RS and Banshee were updated. I went to Benny's and there were like 6 people outside, lined up with their hoods open. I came out after finishing my Sultan and joined them. Nobody was throwing grenades or shooting rockets. After a few minutes of back and forth compliments we all started a line and drove down the highway.
It was fucking euphoric and amazing, something you barely ever see in this game. I want to see more of that, but you know... modders. Or assholes that kill you for no reason.
I used to always meet cool people at "bring an unusual / uncommon car" meetups. Even the modders would sometimes show up with something impossible and silly just to be a conversation starter.
Made me aware of a lot of cool stuff nobody uses too. Cheetah, Penumbra, Monroe, Stinger, Alpha...

I had a Monroe for a while, but then I realized that it's basically an overpriced Bullet GT. I wish there were more customization options for them.

For the sports classics class it's fantastic though, in terms of performance. You very quickly forget it's even in that class when you're highway driving with it.
I don't mind a lack of customization so much when it comes to iconic classic cars like the 250 GTO or the Miura, because just like collectors in real life, I prefer to keep them recognizable.
I really like the Cheetah, shame it will never be as fast as a T20, it doesn't have that much mods, useless for racing and the average player I met in GTA:O are the kind of people who need the fastest car so they can fuck over people who drive slower cars. There are really cool cars in the game, a lot of them, but everyone drives always the same cars, the same colors and (in worst cases) the same clothing.
It's always a male character wearing full black military armor, bulletproof helmet, driving either a black kuruma or a black Insurgent, psychopath and bonus points if they belong to a crew about PvP.
Damn, finally completed the elite challenge on the fleeca heist. Shit was intense, I almost broke a sweat.
I forget how cool the Tornado is.

Also my friend's cars along with mine.

so lspdfr is super fun, but getting it to work with my other mods isn't
it really doesn't like something in my update.rpf and digging for it is a pain
I never realised how much I missed the short Rancher until it was released in IVPack :v:
It's pretty damn fast and bouncy, perfect for having fun around the Alamo Sea area.

I'm utterly convinced that the Osiris is the best off-road vehicle. It can launch off of 80 degree slopes like a rocket.
jumping over rocks isn't offroading. try driving slow and see how the t20 vs a rebel does
The Rebel isn't really a good comparison honestly. It's going to lose to the Osiris on everything but a long slope anyway.
A better comparison would be the Dune Buggy. That thing will obliterate most anything else in the game offroad, aside from the few vehicles like the Bifta and Sanchez.
jumping over rocks isn't offroading. try driving slow
why in the world would I want to do that??
why in the world would I want to do that??
because it's more representative of what offroading is
what's the point in doing real offroading when you can launch yourself off of mountains in a super car though
It would be nice if rough driving would actually affect a car's health, depending on how delicate it is.
Offroad driving would absolutely destroy a McLaren P1 or Pagani Huayra's suspension. Even pushing them too hard on a track would send them to the shop for sure.

and when you get to the shop you would get fucked by the cost of repairing it and replacing parts.
Wait, now everything makes sense.
GTA:O takes place in a simulation of Los Santos.
That's why Stock Market doesn't work, there isn't Lifeinvader, police is super aggressive, merrywewather and all gangs are op, protagonists die all time but are never gone for good. Lamar is insane, etc.
It just bothers me how there are so few downsides to stuff like the supers. The Entity and Voltic are great offroad, but objectively speaking, the CC8S and S Roadster would be complete shit on so much as a dirt path.
There's very little reason to have an actual offroad car in GTAV, unless you have one strictly for climbing Chiliad or... Pretty much just roleplay purposes, really.
Apparently, insurance charges and bad sport points for blowing up vehicles belonging to others is no longer active on the PC version of the game(don't destroy your own vehicle because that is confirmed to still charge you). I haven't seen any reliable sources confirm this, but if it's true, it's probably only a temporary measure to stop any functions on trainers that exploit insurance.

At least they are showing they do care for us not losing money we earned instead of just preventing us from gaining them via trainer abuse.
If it's true, that is.
On the plus side, (IIRC) the exploit only works correctly if the trainer user assigns the luxor to their own player ID, so they are openly identifying themselves to Rockstar's transactions back-end when they do this.
