Not sure what causes it, seems to happen most when I'm out in that area on foot for long enough. As you might expect though, can't store any of them.

The Dukes, Blista Compact, and most of the hipster DLC cars spawn around the stadium/arena building.

I wish NPC cars had passengers in them in online. I want to drive around with a hostage.

not to be that guy, but ive recently gotten a laptop and ive never laptop gamed before so im not sure how specs actually translate into actual performance but anyway, could anyone say as to how well gta5 would run with these specs? Intel Core i7-5700HQ CPU @ 2.70GHz w/ Turbo Boost up to 3.50GHz 16GB PC3-12800 DDR3 Nvidia GeForce GTX 965M 2GB 1920x1080 Resolution

If you complete five gang attacks against the same gang in the same session you get a bounty placed on your head. In the mission "Cleaning the Cat House". You can skip the mission enterely from the start just by landing an helicopter on the motel's rooftoop (right above the hostage). The hostage will be marked as "collected" and she will walk to the chopper as enemies completely ignore her. In "The Los Santos Connection" you can destroy the gang leader's plane before reaching the hangar. The plane is sitting in front of the hangar where the titan normally spawns. Same goes for the gang buzzard, ite can be found at the helipads right when you enter the airport. In "El Burro Heists" there is a water tower you can climb located right across the street from where the Dominator spawns. Using this tower as sniping position allows you to complete the mission while taking no damage. After you reach certain rank in Online (70+) enemies in all Gang Attacks now carry Combat MGs and at the least one enemy will carry a minigun. During [sp] Pacific Standard Job [/sp] in the part where you're running through the alleys while you fight off police. You can avoid direct combat by just collecting the checkpoints from behind walls (just walk close to it). This makes this segment a lot easier however [B]all players must individually collect all checkpoits otherwise the mission will automatically end before you reach the bikes[/B] When a Free Mode Event called Kill List or Kill List Competitive starts, you'll see a vehicle in your map which you need to get in. [B]This vehicle can't be destroyed by other players and you cannot be killed once you're inside[/B] In "Rockford Roll" there is a security vehicle waiting in the corner behind the 9F. You can park your personal vehicle in front of it so when you steal the 9F your wanted level is delayed and the guards won't chase you.

lol I'm running Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz 8.00GB RAM 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 at 1080p on medium and get an avg of 30fps. You'll do fine. This game is so well optimized, it's amazing.

I've got... i7 Quad 2.9/3.2OC 16GB RAM Geforce GTX 860M 2GB And can supersample the game instead of using MSAA. Looks great considering it's running on a laptop. Tornado was my very first personal vehicle actually. The one sitting in my primary garage right now is the very same one I picked up off the street way back when I started playing on PC launch day, even shelled out $60k of the preorder cash for chrome rims.
