I'd love to see a GTA style game in a Cyberpunk/Blade Runner setting. Barring that, perhaps Japan/China. Though we got Sleeping Dogs, so that's a good alternative.

Is there keyboard shortcuts to specific weapons or something? I find the weapon switching to be really annoying, especially when playing Online and a bunch of people are trying to shoot at you.

Expansions to current maps wouldn't be minded either. My idea that kind of incorporates what I just suggested. A giant ass map based on europe with different flavours of culture all over, italian and spanish to the south, scandinavia up top and anything inbetween.

I hate it when I try to join a heist, but the game says it's full, and I have to wait for a whole new session to load instead of it just sending me back to the current one. It gives you the option to "join a queue" for the heist, but that doesn't even work.

Would cut down on the loading bullshit.

Yakuza meets Initial D, with tons of ridiculous car customization including various subculture stuff like shakotan. There's DEFINITELY an untapped market for a game like that.

There's a lot of stuff they could work with from the era as well (not to say there isn't with the 90s or 00s). TV, film, music, fashion, everything was touched on in VC but obviously the limitations of hardware and everything at the time restricted what they could put in. I'd love to explore an expansive 80s city in a convertible whilst listening to cheesy 80s pop and metal (which you could do in VC) with the added population and character of the new engine.

Other than that, i would like to see a GTA in North Yankton and its surrounding areas like South Yankton and maybe Carcer City.

A GTA game set in the 90's Russia will be pretty interesting. A major city right after the fall of the Soviet Union with bandits and shootings everyday, people confused and scared because of the political situation.

Also GTA2 had heavy cyberpunk influences, but except for the retro-futuristic car models they weren't really noticable due to the top-down perspective.

So I got the PC version back at release and transferred my ps3 character to it and now that I have a ps4 I decided to buy it on that too (lots more of my friends play on it than PC) but there doesn't seem to be any way of transferring my old character from either platform, Should I whine to Cockstar support? Anyone else done similar? I enjoy playing the game with friends but I really can't be fucked to play the shitty missions over and over for several hundred hours to get to the level I was at before

I think they patched the armored kuruma glitch on the pacific standard heist. I was just playing it with some people and when the host tried to go in their garage, they kept getting kicked out. Unless they patched it along with fixing the 900R's power but I doubt it. It always seems like a temperamental glitch, sometimes it just doesn't seem to work.

I'll see what I can do by whining at them :)
