If it's anything like previous updates, probably between now and a couple hours from now. Consoles will probably receive the update first while Steam users will receive it last.

Not sure how true it is, but apparently there might be some disabled vehicles in this update(similar to the last update). We'll see if it's bullshit or not once the update is released for PC.

Oh god they added a bunch of clothes that aren't viewable, so half the categories have stars now.
I got around $21,000,000 to spend, what should I buy but not become a broke ass dude immediately? I may want the truck and the most expensive building, gonna have to sell some of the cars as well (possibly the T20 I don't use it at all and possibly the Zentorno).
